Ingredients (7)

80.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
80.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
black pepper — freshly ground
2.00 avocado — sliced
1.00 papaya — ripe, peeled, seeded and sliced
1.00 lettuce

Combine the lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste and whisk well. Arrange avocado, papaya and lettuce leaves on four individual serving plates. Pour over dressing and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
