Mediterranean-style cheat’s pizza

|2||garlic — cloves grated|
|3 Tbs||fresh chillies — 573|
|140 g||sun-dried tomatoes|
|8||salami — slices, cooked|
|1||onion — large, sliced and fried|
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Mix the garlic and olive oil and brush the slices of bread with it.
Fry each slice on both sides in a griddle pan until the brown etching lines appear on your bread.
Mash the sundried tomato up with a fork and then smear it on one side of the bread. Add the mozzarella and all the toppings.
Pop in the oven at 220°C until the cheese in melted and bubbly.
Serve with fresh rocket, basil and chopped chillies.
