Easy to cook and serve.
|900 g||potatoes — peeled, quartered|
Bring the salted water to boil in a pot. Cook potatoes for about 15 minutes and then drain off the extra water.
Now take a small saucepan then heat butter and milk at low heat till butter is melted.
Finally use a potato masher or electric beater, then blend the milk mixture into potatoes and make them smooth and creamy.
Dash it with salt and pepper to taste.
