Ingredients (10)

garlic — cloves, chopped
75 ml lemon juice
chickpeas — tinned
125 ml tahini
5 ml cumin — ground
5 ml coriander — ground
5 ml salt
fresh chillies — 573
20 ml lime — or lemon zest
50 ml dukkah

Combine the roughly chopped cloves of garlic, lemon juice, can of drained chickpeas, tahini, cumin, coriander and salt in a food processor.

Pulse for a few seconds, then add enough olive oil to form a spreadable consistency and blend until smooth.

Remove the mixture from the food processor and stir in 20ml grated lime or lemon zest and 50ml dukkah or freshly chopped coriander.
