Ingredients (4)

1.00 kg potato — peeled, halved
125.00 g butter
200.00 ml cream — fresh
2.00 ml nutmeg — whole, freshly grated

Boil potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes until tender, then drain.
Mash with a potato masher before pressing through a sieve. Add butter, cream and nutmeg to the potatoes while still warm, season to taste and whip until light and fluffy. Serves 8.
