A low carb twist on a sweet traditional boeber recipe!

|1 tin||evaporated milk|
|1 tsp||elachi powder — or to taste|
|5||pistachios — chopped, plus extra to garnish|
|5||almonds — slivered finely|
|xylitol — to taste|
|1 tsp||sabja seeds — or falooda seeds soaked in water to plump up|
Tap for ingredients
Pour milk and evaporated milk into a pot and put onto stove on medium heat. Add in the elachie powder (ground cardamom), cardamom pods, pistachios and almonds. Allow to warm up slowly coming to a boil.
Adjust elachie if needed, according to tastes.
Once it comes to gentle boil, allow to simmer till it thickens slightly.
Add xylitol, to taste.
Pour into mugs. Top with fresh pistachios and sabja seeds.
