Loaded date bon bons
|1/2 cup||cashew nut cream cheese|
|1/2 tsp||harissa paste — or ½ tsp black pepper & ½ tsp lemon zest|
|1/8 cup||pecan nuts — roasted and salted or red micro sprouts|
Make a small cut in the side of your dates and remove the pits.
Mix the cheese and your flavouring of choice together in a bowl. Place the cheese mixture into a piping bag, and gently pipe the cheese filling inside each of the dates. The dates can be served immediately or refrigerated where they will keep for 3 days.
Place the stuffed dates on a serving plate and garnish with pecans or sprouts.
