Ingredients (4)

500 ml water
dark chocolate — Lindt chilli chocolate
500 ml cream
250 ml vodka

Method:

Add water and vodka together and bring to a boil. Break in Lindt Chili Chocolate and stir until all is dissolved. Stir until thick. Pour out into a container and then into sherry glasses. Whip cream and add on top. Sprinkle a bit of hot chocolate onto the cream as garnish. Serve hot and with shortbread as a dessert in winter.
