Ingredients (8)

4 cup spinach — chopped
1 cup fresh mint — chopped
4 cup lentils — brown, cooked
100 g pecan nuts — crushed
1 cup pomegranate arils
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup olive oil
2 feta cheese — rounds

Method:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix together. Season with salt and pepper or leave for guests to season themselves.
