Lemon, ginger and pomegranate elixir

Ingredients (6)

40 g pomegranate arils
1 tsp fresh ginger — peeled and finely grated
1/4 cup lemon juice
kombucha — ginger or lemon flavoured, to top the cocktail
maple syrup — sweeten to taste
60 ml vodka

Method:

Add the pomegranate, ginger, lemon juice and vodka to a blender jug. Blend until smooth. Then strain through a fine sieve into two glasses. Add ice, and top the drink with kombucha. Stir and taste. Add maple syrup to your preference, if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Serve immediately.
