Lemon, ginger and pomegranate elixir
|40 g||pomegranate arils|
|1 tsp||fresh ginger — peeled and finely grated|
|1/4 cup||lemon juice|
|kombucha — ginger or lemon flavoured, to top the cocktail|
|maple syrup — sweeten to taste|
Add the pomegranate, ginger, lemon juice and vodka to a blender jug. Blend until smooth. Then strain through a fine sieve into two glasses. Add ice, and top the drink with kombucha. Stir and taste. Add maple syrup to your preference, if you prefer a sweeter drink.
