These succulent lamb pitas drizzled with a balsamic glaze and Greek vinaigrette will transport your taste buds to the Mediterranean!

Ingredients (10)

500 g leg of lamb — shredded
60 ml Safari Greek Dip & Drizzle Vinaigrette
4 pita breads
125 ml hummus
250 ml tzatziki
150 ml cabbage — shredded
100 ml carrots — shredded
2 tomatoes — sliced
1 red onion — thinly sliced
mint leaves

Method:

Mix the lamb with the vinaigrette.

Toast the pita breads. Cut a pocket in each and stuff with hummus, tzatziki, lamb and vegetables. Alternatively, top the pita bread with hummus, tzatziki, lamb and vegetables.

Garnish with mint leaves. Drizzle with extra Safari Greek Dip & Drizzle Vinaigrette.
