Lamb and mango mint salsa wraps
|1||mango — large, peeled and cubed|
|1/2||cucumber — English, cubed|
|10 g||fresh mint — torn|
|30 ml||sweet chilli sauce|
|125 g||cream cheese|
|leg of lamb — cooked and sliced|
Mix the mango cubes, cucumber cubes, mint and sweet chilli sauce together.
Heat the tortillas slightly.
Spread some cream cheese onto the middle of each tortilla. (if you are using this)
Top with slices of the roasted lamb.
Add some of the mango and mint salsa on top and roll up to form a wrap.
