Ingredients (6)

1/3 cup oats
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk — unsweetened or almond milk
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp Zespri™ Vita SunGold™ Kiwifruit — chopped

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a container.

Shake well and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, top with lots of sliced Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, some sliced banana, shredded coconut and a drizzle of almond butter, and enjoy!
