Prep-ahead oats for a fruity and filling quick breakfast, brought to you by Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit.
|2 tbsp||vanilla protein powder|
|1 tsp||chia seeds|
|1/2 cup||coconut milk — unsweetened or almond milk|
|1 tbsp||unsweetened shredded coconut|
|2 tbsp||Zespri™ Vita SunGold™ Kiwifruit — chopped|
Mix all ingredients in a container.
Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with lots of sliced Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, some sliced banana, shredded coconut and a drizzle of almond butter, and enjoy!
