|dried mixed herbs|
Take the rolls and cut them in half.
Slather on a good dollop of chutney followed by thick slices of both cheeses.
Place some of the onion slices on, to your taste and add a little of the grated garlic.
Then slice the tomatoes and place on top.
Sprinkle with the dried mixed herbs and season well.
Press down firmly and grill over the braai turning once until the cheese is melted and the bread is crisp.
