Icy daiquiri kiwifruit cocktail
|2||kiwi fruit — chopped|
|1 Tbs||lemon juice — or lime juice|
|1/4 cup||rum — light|
|1 1/2||castor sugar|
|2 cup||ice — crushed|
Blend the Zespri Kiwifruit, until smooth but seeds are not broken up. Place into a small bowl.
Place the ice into the blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend, until it’s the consistency of snow.
Fold though the Zespri Kiwifruit.
Serve immediately, poured into chilled glasses.
