Hot Lotus Biscoff
|1 1/2 cup||milk|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|3 tbsp||Lotus Biscoff spread — or caramel|
|whipped cream — to serve|
|ground cinnamon — to garnish|
In a saucepan, whisk the milk, cream, cornflour, salt and cinnamon stick on a medium heat until it comes to the boil.
Once it comes to the boil, remove from the heat and whisk in the Lotus Biscoff. Taste and adjust to your preference.
Serve hot with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
