Hot dogs with mustard mayonnaise

Ingredients (7)

6 sausages — frankfurters
3 red onion — wedges
olive oil
6 bread — crusty rolls
45 ml mayonnaise
20 ml wholegrain mustard
30 ml tomato sauce

Braai sausages for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness. Turn frequently until brown and cooked through.
Move sausages to the outer edge of the grid if they start to cook too quickly.

Meanwhile, brush onions with olive oil and place directly on the grid or into a roasting pan on the grid.
Cook until softened. Mix together the mayonnaise and the mustard.

Place sausages into rolls, top with onions, mustard mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
