Ingredients (4)

6 hot cross buns
bananas — sliced, to serve
vanilla ice cream — to serve
syrup — to serve

Method:

Heat a waffle maker and place two hot cross bun halves into the machine at a time. Press down firmly and toast for 3-4 minutes.

 

Stack the hot cross bun waffles, top with sliced banana, a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and drizzle with syrup.
