|8||ginger biscuits — crushed|
|1/2 tsp||vanilla extract — or paste|
|125 ml||double cream plain yoghurt|
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Cut nectarines in half and remove the stones. Place the nectarines cut side up in an ovenproof dish.
Fill each cavity with the crushed biscuits and drizzle with honey.
Bake for 30 minutes until the fruit is cooked through. While the fruit is baking add the vanilla to the yoghurt and mix.
Let the fruit cool down for 10 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, drizzled with more honey.
