Honey and lemon chicken thighs
A classic combination of sweet-and-sour marinated good old chicken thighs!
|1 tsp||lemon juice — or balsamic vinegar|
|1 tbsp||garlic cloves — crushed|
|1 tbsp||wholegrain mustard|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
Mix all the ingredients together and allow the chicken thighs to marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 180⁰C for 30 minutes or until fully cooked. Baste every 10 minute for extra juicy chicken thighs.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and your favourite vegetables.
