On a cold winter day, nothing warms you up quite like a hearty bowl of soup. Enjoy this tasty, herby soup for lunch or dinner, and warm yourself up from the inside out.
|6||spring onions — trimmed and sliced|
|300 g||frozen peas|
|800 ml||vegetable stock|
|1 tbsp||fresh mint|
|13 g||Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix Vanilla Cream Flavoured|
|12 g||Herbalife Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder|
Place the spring onions and the frozen peas in a blender.
Pour over the boiling vegetable stock.
Add in the chopped mint, the Formula 1 Shake Mix Vanilla Cream Flavoured, and the Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder
Blend well until smooth.
Season to taste.
For a slightly spicier and more fragrant take on this quick and easy soup, feel free to replace the chopped mint with coriander and add half of a chopped green chilli. Cook this in bulk so you can freeze a few portions and save it for another chilly day or when you don’t feel like cooking.
