Healthy ice-cream latte
|1 Tbs||cocoa powder|
|1 tsp||vanilla — extract|
|1/4 tsp||cinnamon — ground|
|1/2 tsp||cloves — ground|
|1 cup||almond milk|
Gently heat ice-cream on medium heat until soft and creamy.
Remove from heat.
Add almond milk, stir thoroughly and return to heat.
Add remaining ingredients and allow to brew on low heat so that all flavours infuse, about 5 mins.
Pour into mug, top with a small scoop of Caralishious coco flavoured ice-cream and sprinkle with coco powder, pecans and cacao nibs.
