Ingredients (9)

1 can tinned tomatoes — chopped
2 ml paprika
2 ml chillies — powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
250 ml cream
60 ml yoghurt — plain
500 g haddock
fresh parsley — and coriander, chopped
500 g tagliatelle pasta — cooked

1. Heat the tomatoes in a large saucepan, add the paprika, chilli powder, salt and pepper and simmer for a minute. Add the cream and yoghurt and simmer for another minute.

2. Add the herbs, put the fish on top, cover with the lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.

Serve with the pasta.
