Perfect way to cool off on a hot day.
|1||guavas — tinned, in syrup|
|125 ml||yoghurt — Greek|
|vanilla — seeds from half pod|
|160 ml||ideal milk|
Place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Sweeten it with honey to taste. Pop the mixture into ice-lolly moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours before serving.
