Grilled mushroom schwarma

This schwarma stuffed with various mushrooms and with a dollop of tzatziki is as simple and tasty as it sounds.

Ingredients (8)

1.00 onion — sliced
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
0.00 salad greens — to serve
250.00 g mushrooms — mixed, chopped
150.00 ml tzatziki
15.00 ml fresh oregano — chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
4.00 pita breads

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté for three to four minutes until tender.
Remove from the heat.
Add the origanum and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Warm up the pita breads and slice open.
Place some salad ingredients into each pita and top with mushrooms.
Drizzle with tzatziki. Serve immediately.
