Green chilli and avocado dip

Ingredients (8)

2 green chillies — halved and deseeded
25 g fresh coriander
3 Tbs yoghurt — natural
2 lemons — juiced and zested
4 cloves garlic — peeled
1 avocado
4 Tbs mayonnaise — optional
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Put all the ingredients except the mayonnaise into a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add mayonnaise (if you wish) and stir to combine, then transfer to a serving bowl.
