250 ml grapefruit juice
500 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine

Method:

Place ice into 4 glasses, top with ¼ cup grapefruit juice, ½ cup alcohol-free sparkling wine, a fresh rosemary sprig and garnish the glass with a grapefruit segment.
