Goat’s cheese and pistachio stuffed dates
|50 g||goat's milk cheese|
|1/4 cup||pistachio nuts|
|1 Tbs||lemon juice|
Cut the dates open and gently create space in the middle of the date like a bowl.
Mix together goats cheese, lemon juice, honey and pistachios, saving a few to sprinkle on the top.
Spoon small amounts of cheese mixture into open dates, sprinkle a few pieces of pistachio on top for colour.
Drizzle honey over the top (optional).
