Ginger, honey and papaya smoothie
|1 tsp||fresh ginger — finely grated|
|1,5 cup||orange juice|
|1/2 cup||yoghurt — plain|
Cut banana and papaya into chunks and freeze for a couple of hours or until frozen.
Place frozen fruit into a blender and add remaining ingredients.
Blend for a few seconds or until smooth. You may need to add more orange juice if you desire a thinner consistency.
Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve as a healthy breakfast option.
