|250 g||butter — softened|
|1 tbsp||fresh garlic — crushed|
|1 tsp||chilli flakes|
|1/4 cup||fresh parsley — finely chopped|
|olive oil — for drizzling|
|20||prawns — in the shell, cleaned and halved|
|1/2||lemon — juiced|
|1 pinch||ground turmeric|
In a bowl, mix all the butter rub ingredients together (except for the olive oil) and then divide in half.
Brush the prawns with half of butter mixture and drizzle olive oil all over the prawns.
Grill the prawns on the braai or in the oven until nicely golden and cooked through.
Melt the remainder of the prepared butter rub in a pot with the flour.
Add fresh cream, lemon juice, turmeric powder and bring to a boil and then pour the butter sauce over the prawns and serve.
