Yoghurt dip
175.00 ml yoghurt — fat-free vanilla
0.00 honey — to taste
Nutty dip
30.00 ml almonds
30.00 ml peanuts — unsalted
2.00 peaches — stoned, wedges
6.00 strawberries — halved
2.00 kiwi fruit — sliced
2.00 nectarines — wedges
4.00 wooden skewers

Stir yoghurt and honey together.
Place nuts in a dry pan and cook until brown – keep a beady eye on them, they go from brown to black in seconds.
Place nuts in a plastic bag and bash with a wooden mallet, the bottom of last night’s champagne bottle or a can of baked beans.
Thread the fruit onto the skewers.
To eat, dip fruit into yoghurt and then into chopped nuts.
