Frozen fruit skewers are a tasty snack, or a guilt-free post picnic dessert: healthy treats to keep for the kiddies in summer.

Ingredients (7)

8-12 wooden skewers
bananas
kiwi fruit
papaya
pears
1 cup yoghurt
1 Tbs honey — runny

Method:

Chop the fruit into thumb-sized pieces and skewer onto the kebab sticks. Place in a ziploc bag and freeze for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Just before you are about to eat the skewers, dish yoghurt and drizzle honey over it. Dip the skewers into the yoghurt and honey.
