|110 g||flour — plain|
|1||eggs — beaten|
|300 ml||sunflower oil — for deep frying|
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Mix the flour and paprika together and dip the chicken into the flour mixture.
Shake off excess flour and coat with the egg before covering the chicken with flour a second time.
Heat the oil in a deep, heavy – based saucepan and put the chicken pieces in the oil, frying for a minute or two until all the pieces are golden in colour.
Drain the chicken on absorbent kitchen paper and put them in the pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes to finish the cooking process.
