Ingredients (4)

500.00 ml lemon juice — freshly squeezed
350.00 ml sugar
3.00 water — cold
ice — and lemon wedges

Mix the lemon juice, sugar and water together in a large bowl or jug. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Serve over crushed ice or ice cubes and garnish with a lemon wedge.
This juice can be made and kept ready to serve in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Makes 3 litres.
