|410.00 g||sweetcorn — tinned, drained|

|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC (375 ºF).
Spray a deep 24 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Melt the margarine and add the cake flour. Stirring continuously, add small quantities of the milk and heat until the sauce comes to the boil and thickens. Add the remaining ingredients, except the egg whites.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks are formed and fold into the mixture.
Turn into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until done and golden brown on top.
Serve with bread and a mixed salad.
