|2 tsp||PnP potjiekos seasoning|
|1/4 tsp||black pepper|
|1 tsp||dried thyme|
|1||carrot — peeled and chopped|
|1 tin||four bean mix|
|1||beef stock cube|
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pot on medium heat. Add onion, carrot and garlic cook; sauté for 4 minutes.
Drain the brine from the beans and dissolve beef stock in 1½ cup of hot water.
Stir in dissolved beef stock, beans, potjiekos seasoning, thyme, salt and black pepper.
Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Serve with bread.
