|1/2 tsp||vegetable spice|
|1 tsp||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/2 cup||gherkins — finely chopped, plus 1 tsp pickled juice|
|1 tbsp||fresh parsley — or dill, finely chopped|
|1 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|salt and black pepper|
Prepare the tartar sauce by combining all the ingredients together in a small bowl, taste. Add mustard, sugar, salt and pepper when necessary.
Add your favourite spice (we used vegetable spice) to the ready-made coleslaw. Set aside.
Heat one tablespoon of butter and oil in a frying pan. Fry the patties for about 2-3 min, or until cooked.
Butter your buns with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and toast in heated pan for about 1 min.
Assemble your burger starting with the coleslaw, hake patty, tartar sauce and cucumbers.
