|2||gem squash — halved|
|fresh herbs — chopped|
In a sauté pan with lid, bring a small amount of water to the boil.
Cook the McCain Savoury Rice according to instructions on packet and set aside.
Add the squash halves to the pan and cover with lid.
Steam for 4-6 minutes until tender.
Chop the fresh herbs and add to rice, stir until combined.
Remove squash halves from pan and place into a serving dish.
Spoon the McCain Savoury Rice into the squash halves.
Garnish with some fresh herbs and paprika, serve and enjoy!
