Ingredients (10)

cabbage — red, finely sliced
1 fennel — bulb, shaved
2 apples — cored and thinly sliced
5 radishes — shaved
4 spring onions — thinly sliced, diagonally
DRESSING:
1/3 cup plain greek yoghurt — low fat
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs lemon juice — fresh
1 tsp mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Place the vegetables in serving dish.

Whisk the dressing ingredients until well mixed.

Dress the vegetables with the dressing, toss gently and serve.
