|60.00 ml||cardamom — seeds|
|20.00 ml||rose water|
|40.00 g||raspberry jelly — strawberry jelly|

Mix milk and sugar.
Boil vermicelli and cardamom seeds in water until softened and drain. Add to milk mixture with rose water.
Cut jelly, prepared according to packet instructions, into cubes.
Place a few jelly cubes at bottom of 4 glasses and pour milk mixture over. Chill well.
Before serving, float a scoop of ice cream on top of each glass.
Decorate with remaining jelly, a few cardamom seeds and silver balls.
