|1/2 cup||butter — melted|
|1 cup||mozzarella cheese|
|1 cup||cheddar cheese|

Get your fire ready.
Combine the chilli, lime zest and lime juice with the melted butter then brush the corn with it.
Brush the outsides of the sarmies with the chilli-and-lime butter and fill them with the mozzarella and cheddar.
Braai the espetadas for 5 minutes on all 4 sides – 20 minutes in total on the braai. Braai the mielies while continually brushing with the butter, 10 minutes.
Braai the sarmies for 5 minutes on each side
Serve the espetadas with the mielies and the cheesy toasties. Add a salad if you desire.
