Easy salmon steaks with a herb crust
|2 x 140 g||salmon — steaks|
|2 Tbs||cream cheese|
|1/2||garlic — small clove|
|1/4||lemon — zest only|
|60 ml||breadcrumbs — fresh|
|30 ml||parmesan cheese — grated|
|1 tsp||fresh parsley — chopped|
|1 tsp||fresh garlic chives — chopped|
|salt — seasoning|
Season the fish.
Mash cream cheese with garlic and lemon rind.
Spread on top of the fish.
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley.
Sprinkle on top of the cream cheese.
Dust with paprika.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes @ 200 degrees.
Delicious served with a crisp salad & new potatoes or even as a starter with some brown bread and butter.
