Easy salmon steaks with a herb crust

Ingredients (10)

2 x 140 g salmon — steaks
2 Tbs cream cheese
1/2 garlic — small clove
1/4 lemon — zest only
60 ml breadcrumbs — fresh
30 ml parmesan cheese — grated
1 tsp fresh parsley — chopped
1 tsp fresh garlic chives — chopped
salt — seasoning

Season the fish.
Mash cream cheese with garlic and lemon rind.
Spread on top of the fish.
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley.
Sprinkle on top of the cream cheese.
Dust with paprika.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes @ 200 degrees.
Delicious served with a crisp salad & new potatoes or even as a starter with some brown bread and butter.
Serves 2
