Easy Microwave Malva Pudding
|1 tsp||jam — apricot|
|250 ml||flour — self-raising|
|5 ml||Robertson's bicarbonate of soda|
Cream margarine and sugar. Add jam.
Whisk egg into mixture. Add self-raising flour.
Dissolve bicarbonate of soda in milk before adding.
Add vinegar and mix well.
Pour into extra large microwave dish and microwave for 10 – 12 minutes on high.
Dissolve sugar in boiling water and add evaporated milk.
Pour over hot pudding.
Serve with custard.
