Easy beef stroganoff
|1||onion — diced|
|1 x 250 g||mushrooms — sliced|
|500 g||tenderised steak — sliced|
|1 x 250 ml||nando's pepper sauce|
|500 ml (2 cups)||fresh cream|
1 Brown the onion and mushrooms until soft.
2 Add the steak and cook in oil until the steak is to your liking.
3 Stir in the pepper sauce and then the cream.
4 Allow everything to cook through and serve with SPAR white Basmati rice.
