Delightful beef koftas
|500 g||beef mince — lean|
|1||onion — small, chopped|
|60 ml||fresh parsley — chopped|
|1||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|5 ml||cumin — ground|
|1||eggs — large, lightly whisked|
Mix all the ingredients together and divide into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a 6cm-long sausage shape onto a wooden skewer. Place on a baking sheet.
Grill the koftas under a medium-hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with savoury couscous and sweet chilli sauce.
