Decadent oysters for two
|3||strawberries — cubed|
|black pepper — freshly ground|
|375 ml||wine — sparkling|
|lemon — halved, juice only|
Open up the oysters by breaking the hinge on the narrow side of the shell and cutting the muscle on the inside of the flat side.
Loosen the flesh from the shell by severing the muscle beneath the oyster.
Top with cubed strawberries and freshly ground black pepper.
Fill the shell with sparkling wine and a few drops of lemon juice.
Serve the oysters in the shell as an appetiser, with the remaining sparkling wine.
