|500 g||minced lean pork|
|oil — to fry|
|1||small red onion — diced|
|1 tbsp||garlic cloves — crushed|
|1 tbsp||curry powder|
|1 cup||mixed vegetables — peas, corn and carrots, cooked|
|bread — of choice|
Add some oil to a hot pan, and then add in the diced onion and spices, and fry until fragrant.
Add the pork mince and fry until brown. Add the chutney and the vegetables and cook for a few minutes more.
Get your bread ready, butter the bread and add 2-3 tbsp of the cooked pork mince. Add the top layer of bread and press into the jaffle pan.
Slice off the access bread and place on a braai or over a gas stove top to brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve the Jaffles with extra chutney.
