|50.00 g||walnuts — finely chopped|
|45.00 ml||maple syrup|
|1.00||eggs — extra-large|
Sift the cake flour, salt and cream of tartar together three times in a mixing bowl.
Add the walnuts and mix lightly.
Mix the syrup, egg and milk and beat until well blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Heat the pan and brush the bottom with oil. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan.
Fry until brown underneath and bubbles form on top. Turn and fry until brown on the other side.
Serve with syrup or honey.
