Ingredients (7)

12.00 crêpes
SAUCE
125.00 ml butter
125.00 ml orange juice
1.00 orange — zest only
125.00 ml sugar
50.00 ml orange liqueur
50.00 ml cognac — or brandy

Method:

SAUCE: Melt butter in a saucepan over high heat.
Add orange juice, grated peel and sugar and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add orange liqueur and stir until blended.
TO SERVE: Heat crêpes and arrange on a warm serving platter.
Pour sauce over. Heat cognac or brandy in a small saucepan, pour over crêpes and ignite.
