Crispy peri-peri bambara groundnuts
|2 cup||bambara groundnuts — soaked overnight|
|45 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|1||knorr peri-peri sauce|
Place the soaked Bambara groundnuts and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours or until tender.
Drain well then pat dry using a clean tea towel.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Transfer the Bambara groundnuts to a mixing bowl, add the olive oil and KNORR Peri-Peri Dry Cook In Sauce. Toss well to coat.
Roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve as a snack or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
